Bontan Oil and Gas (BOG) is a wholly owned (100%) subsidiary of Bontan Corporation, a Toronto, Ontario (Canada) based publicly listed company trading on the OTCBB – under the symbol BNTNF.
BOG seeks to build a profitable portfolio of working interests in oil and gas projects through highly visible opportunities in countries around the globe that offer favorable economic incentive and potentially significant exploration and reserve opportunities.
BOG partners with highly experienced and sophisticated management teams on each exploration or drilling project. More recently, Bontan has participated in exploration projects in Papua New Guinea with Interoil Corporation – NYSE – IOC and in Calcasieu Parish Louisiana, USA. Further Bontan will also, when deemed appropriate, minimize risk by bringing in either joint venture, carried, or working interest partners.
